Hi everyone! I hope you are enjoying the 30 Days, 30 Authors event so far. I know I am! Today, I have visiting my blog a very talented, young author who I have to admit is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. Not only is she an awesome writer, but a great person. We’re even in talks to doing a collaboration together later this year.
Her name is Yasmine Davis and she is the author of the Laced With Love series. Here she is as she talks about her series and what inspired her to becoming an author.

Yasmine Davis is a nineteen years old urban fiction author signed to one of Tiece Mickens companies, Tiece Presents since August of 2015.She has been writing since she was seventeen years old. Her latest urban novel ‘Laced With Love’ was released on December 8th, 2015.
She was born in Newark, New Jersey but raised in Washington, North Carolina. She graduated Washington High School and is currently attending Beaufort County College to transfer to a four-year college. Her favorite genre to write and read is urban fiction and Street-lit, her favorite veterans authors are included: Wahida Clark, Ashley and Jaquavis, and Chunchini. Her new favorite author on the scene is Jai Bree’nae and all the authors signed to Tiece Mickens Companies
1.Besides writing, what else do you like to do?
I love to hang with my friends and family.
2. What inspired you to become an author?
I wanted to let everyone know I have a story to tell.
3. What was your first reaction when your debut novel was published?
I was excited and nervous.
4.Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
A New-York Times Best Selling author
5.What advice can you give to anyone who wants to become an author? Read the contracts, never give up and always pray for the outcome.
